| British cinema has delivered a good job, the director of Dog Soldiers (2002) and The Descent (2005) leads us to action scenes that take place in a crowded London and Scotland quarantined. Actually there is violence, bloody and horrible splash, and out of scale. But I would say that the history of work as a whole, despite the many excesses. Could be similar to "I am Legand" (some of those surveyed say it is a clone, but it would be an exaggeration), but not until the masterpiece in my opinion anyway, and it has its uniqueness ( the idea of dividing the territory of the UK is really amazing). Rhona Mitra played his role with dignity, although it was quite new in these parts. |
| I did not ask for much from my science fiction action movies. I am very good at suspending disbelief when it comes to films of this kind. However, this movie: Doomsday stuck in my throat like a rotting fish bone. A combination of terrible camera work, bad rhythm, and some very questionable acts and dialogue that made me completely regret the circumstances that led me to rent this atrocity. When you see a feature and not matter if someone lives or dies, that's a sign that has produced a defective product. What is the point of such foreshadowing? It has a robotic eye. GREAT OFFER! A camera phone could have preformed the tasks used in this movie. Two thumbs down! |
| I like this kind of movies that merely entertain and leave you wanting nothing more of it. I would say that the concept of a virus in a country whipping and 30 years later, nothing has been resolved is fetched. But who cares this film: Doomsday is a fun, comedy, action DVD movie Doomsday with a hot babe kick some serious butt. CLEASBY Emma is just hot and fits the description of some women who have a serious skills. I liked his character throughout the film. The mix of medieval and cannibalistic freak show nights was a little awkward but I think it worked for the better. So if you want to watch a funny DVD film Doomsday for some, this watch, but not much, except that of her. |
| ** Teeny weenie little spoilers here ** Neil Marshall is my hero. Cliché 'is a relative term. What is the name when it pushes beyond the stratosphere? I call it hilarious. I was waiting to be disappointed somewhere, but I do not. Happy to have a certain view, not just enjoy this, but it is now my "go to" stack of DVDs. It is not derived, or rip, but real tribute to the great cinema nervous. I did not have to suspend my disbelief here for more Star Wars, Superman, or dawn of the dead. Who has everything (and I mean all) in spades. How can you top, gaining a higher level, blond, in a bathtub nekkid firing a shotgun? Or a heroine who can remove the eyes of its own and use it as false remote robotic camera? Answer, you can not. Total gem. If Tarantino was not as enamored of their dialogue, and not so eager to impress his friends Doomsday Drama movie school, might be able to do something this cool. On the other hand, maybe not. If Rob Zombie copulated with Eric Idle, and children who had mutant named Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the children could have produced a live action such as this gem. They are holding perfectly. |
