Heralded as one of the all-time great theatrical releases, '12 Angry Men' focuses on a jury's deliberations in a capital murder case. A 12-man jury is sent to begin deliberations in the first-degree murder trial of an 18-year-old Latino accused in the stabbing death of his father, where a guilty verdict means an automatic death sentence. The case appears to be open-and-shut: The defendant has a weak alibi; a knife he claimed to have lost is found at the murder scene; and several witnesses either heard screaming, saw the killing or the boy fleeing the scene. Eleven of the jurors immediately vote guilty; only Juror No. 8 (Mr. Davis, played by Henry Fonda) casts a not guilty vote. At first Mr. Davis' bases his vote moreso for the sake of discussion after all, the jurors must believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant is guilty. As the deliberations unfold, the story quickly becomes a study of the jurors' complex personalities (which range from wise, bright and empathetic to arrogant, prejudiced and merciless), preconceptions, backgrounds and interactions. That provides the backdrop to Mr. Davis' attempts in convincing the other jurors that a 'not guilty' verdict might be appropriate.

Angry twelve men looked at me the other day and was surprised by how good a 12 Angry Men Drama film it was. He was big and had a good cast. Id say that my favorite was Fonda. The 12 Angry Men film is about a 18yr old boy who allegedly killed his father. When the jury went to discuss the case that all but the jury a man Fonda, who believed he was guilty. For many reasons they believed he was guilty as it was one of the slums. There was also a man who does not care what anybody says not admit that the child was not guilty Lee.J Cobb. Therefore, Cobb and Fonda were basically rivals in the film. Throughout the DivX Movie 12 Angry Men Fonda convinces everyone that the boy is not guilty (even at the end Cobb). I liked this 12 Angry Men Drama film I really recommend it.

Filmed in real time, this story of a jury trying to decide whether a young person is innocent or guilty does not allow the attention of the viewer to go. Henry Fonda meets Juror # 8, is convinced that all the time that the accused is innocent, while everyone else has already found him guilty. Throughout the film, not only get to hear the views of all on the matter, but also all the possibilities of the sentence. With "12 Angry Men," Sidney Lumet brought to the screen the same type of "closing in" feeling that has led to films like "Network". In the end, the question is not whether the defendant is innocent or guilty, the important point is the process by which the jurors reached their decision. This may be the perfect movie.
